About our Menu

We use fresh and often locally sourced ingredients for the meals we serve, creating a monthly menu ahead of time and posting an abbreviated version at the start of each month. Our menu lists only entrees, which allows us the flexibility to use the freshest ingredients available.  For example, when we partner with local farms in the summer or find something special on short notice, we can incorporate it into our meals without deviating from a predetermined menu. It makes for truly healthful, fresh and delicious dishes. Our kitchen coordinator creates a new menu each month so check here at the end of each month for next month's menu.
