Marc Sisler, President
Marc became involved in Meals on Wheels in 2017. Marc is a small business owner in Louisville where his State Farm Agency services the needs of the community. Marc spent 22 years in the Air Force Reserve retiring from his last duty assignment at the Pentagon in 2014. Additionally, Marc spent many years in the Healthcare distribution business leading cross-functional teams at all levels within an organization before opening his agency in Louisville. Marc was born in Sacramento, CA and has called Colorado home since 2000. Marc’s educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and he has completed the MBA program at Colorado State University. Marc enjoys serving the community and giving back to others is his passion.
T.J. Sullivan, Vice President
T.J. Sullivan is the Executive Director of the Superior Chamber of Commerce. He spent most of his career touring college campuses, and has been one of the best known college leadership speakers for decades. He, his husband Scott, their two boys, and their three dogs live in Denver. T.J. is a relentless ideas guy, having built several successful businesses and served on numerous boards before joining CCMOW in 2020.
Ken Zimmerman, Secretary
Ken first became involved with CCMOW as a volunteer driver in September 2012. He is excited to rejoin the board after having served on it in various capacities from 2013 – 2018. Since retiring from a federal civil service career where he specialized in the administration of large health-care contracts in the Department of Defense, Ken is eager to devote his free time to the work of CCMOW and expanding its outreach. Ken and his wife Sue enjoy supporting CCMOW by delivering meals and helping out in other ways. They have three children, six grandchildren, one great-grandson and Sunny, their miniature Shelty (an adopted COVID rescue). Ken is an avid vocal musician who sings with the Colorado Symphony Chorus (in Denver), is active in church work and enjoys gardening. Ken and Sue are transplants from the mid-west, but are proud to now call Erie their home.
Steve Kinz, Treasurer
Steve is a recently retired business executive from Emerson Automation Solutions. He is originally
from the east coast but has been living in Louisville, CO with his wife Debbie since 1990. During his
career, he served in several international and domestic executive leadership positions. These involved
operations management and strategic planning focused primarily on sales and marketing. He earned
a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University in New York. Here
in his local community he has been involved in The Boy Scouts of America, youth coaching, and serving
in his church. He joined the Meals on Wheels board in 2019.
