Maureen (Mo) Kanwischer, President
Maureen (Mo) Kanwischer is the founder and president of Momentum Business Consulting. She is considered a small business expert and an outstanding teacher. She has a practical and energetic demeanor, and it is evident in her many workshops, seminars, and consulting engagements. As a consultant, Mo most often works as a partner with business owners and presidents and focuses on strategic planning, marketing, and business development. Mo has helped over 300 small businesses owners grow their business. Mo and her husband, Scott, live in Superior, Colorado.
Marc Sisler, Vice President
Marc became involved in Meals on Wheels in 2017. Marc is a small business owner in Louisville where his State Farm Agency services the needs of the community. Marc spent 22 years in the Air Force Reserve retiring from his last duty assignment at the Pentagon in 2014. Additionally, Marc spent many years in the Healthcare distribution business leading cross-functional teams at all levels within an organization before opening his agency in Louisville. Marc was born in Sacramento, CA and has called Colorado home since 2000. Marc’s educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and he has completed the MBA program at Colorado State University. Marc enjoys serving the community and giving back to others is his passion.
Gudrun Emrich, Secretary
Gudrun Emrich has a bachelors in science from the University of Minnesota and graduated cum laude with a JD from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, MN. With experience in large and small law practices, she has been advising clients since 1985 and is licensed to practice in the state courts of Minnesota and Colorado, as well as in the Federal District Court for the State of Minnesota and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and small business issues. She joined the CCMOW Board in 2017.
Steve Kinz, Treasurer
Steve is a recently retired business executive from Emerson Automation Solutions. He is originally
from the east coast but has been living in Louisville, CO with his wife Debbie since 1990. During his
career, he served in several international and domestic executive leadership positions. These involved
operations management and strategic planning focused primarily on sales and marketing. He earned
a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Management from Clarkson University in New York. Here
in his local community he has been involved in The Boy Scouts of America, youth coaching, and serving
in his church. He joined the Meals on Wheels board in 2019.
Candie Fisher, Board Member
Candie Fisher joined Meals on Wheels as a volunteer driver in 2014 and enjoys delivering delicious meals to wonderful clients on her weekly route. Candie has a background in marketing, sales and recruiting, with leadership roles at Continental Airlines, Frontier Airlines, and Eldorado Climbing Walls. She was CEO of Head Rush Technologies in Boulder and now operates her own recruiting and consulting practice to help companies of all sizes hire amazing talent. Candie has a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester, as well as an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh. She lives in Lafayette with her husband Chris and their son Griffin, who sometimes joins Candie on as a delivery assistant on her Meals on Wheels route.
Dan Skeeters, Board Member
Dan joined the board in January 2019 and brings a passion for assisting the disabled that he developed through his involvement with the National Sports Center for the Disabled and Canine Partners of the Rockies. He is a real estate investor and lives in Westminster with his wonderful wife, Jennifer. He has three amazing kids, all in college preparing for careers in healthcare. Dan was born and raised in Kentucky, earned a bachelor degree in civil engineering from Vanderbilt University as well as MBA and MS degrees from the University of Michigan.
T.J. Sullivan, Board Member
T.J. Sullivan is the Executive Director of the Superior Chamber of Commerce. He spent most of his career touring college campuses, and has been one of the best known college leadership speakers for decades. He, his husband Scott, their two boys, and their three dogs live in Denver. T.J. is a relentless ideas guy, having built several successful businesses and served on numerous boards before joining CCMOW in 2020.
