We are excited to host another Coffee Chat with CCMOW's Executive Director! In honor of Hunger Action Month, we will be hosting a panel discussion with some of our community partners to discuss the impact of hunger in our communities.

Nate Broeckert, Executive Director, Coal Creek Meals on Wheels​
Nate Broeckert serves as the Executive Director at Coal Creek Meals on Wheels, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained over a career dedicated to the public and nonprofit sectors. He has a proven track record of helping organizations leverage partnerships to build capacity, strengthen infrastructure, and expand their impact.​
​
Nate lives locally and is excited to serve in this capacity for CCMOW because he believes the path of least resistance to meaningful change in our society is through strengthening one community at a time. He is inspired by the incredible work of CCMOW and is eager to lead the organization into its next chapter of impact.

Schivonne Keller, MS, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist & Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist, Clinica Family Health​
Schivonne Keller, MS, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She has nearly two decades of experience working with disparately impacted communities to improve health outcomes with expertise in nutrition and diabetes self-management. She lives in Lafayette with her family and works for Clinica Family Health & Wellness, a community health center serving Boulder, Broomfield, Gilpin, and Adams Counties.

Kim Da Silva, CEO, Community Food Share​
​In October 2019, Kim became the CEO of Community Food Share in Louisville, CO, where she leads a passionate team dedicated to ensuring everyone has access to nourishing food. Under her leadership, the organization procures and distributes more than 13 million pounds of food each year through its
programs and community partners.
Originally from the East Coast, Kim moved to Colorado to attend Colorado State University and soon discovered her calling in hunger relief. Shortly after graduating, she joined Food Bank of the Rockies,
where she spent 23 years championing the mission and ultimately serving as Chief Development Officer.​
