Luna has worked across several corners of the food system—including organic farming and gleaning, food and farm education, and nutrition benefits assistance—which has shaped her belief that growing, preparing, and sharing food is a powerful way to build community.

 

She finds deep joy in cultivating these connections and in witnessing the care and intention that Meals on Wheels volunteers bring to their work.

 

As the Foundation & Corporate Relationship Manager at Coal Creek Meals on Wheels, Luna leads efforts to strengthen relationships with community partners, funders, and stakeholders. Her work focuses on securing both monetary and in-kind support while amplifying CCMOW’s presence and impact in the community.

Luna especially enjoys developing creative, mutually beneficial partnerships that bring people together and deepen the collective support for CCMOW’s mission.

 

Outside of work, she can often be found experimenting with homesteading projects, or searching out beautiful outdoor spots to enjoy a snack.
