Emily holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado, Boulder, graduating in the top 15% of her class. During law school, she was an editor of the Natural Resources Law Review, earned an Excellence in Clinical Education Award, and was a Dean’s List recipient. Her favorite law school course was a seminar on the Colorado River Basin - which culminated in a two-week rafting trip down the Grand Canyon. Throughout her career, Emily clerked for the 20th Judicial District in Boulder, worked as a litigator, and practiced across various legal fields. Emily is licensed as a Personal Family Lawyer®, meaning she offers the highest level of service and compassion to her clients.
