Scott currently serves as the Commercial Market President at First Interstate Bank, where he supports business and commercial clients across Boulder County. Prior to this role, he served as the Community Bank President at ANB Bank and previously spent more than 10 years at FirstBank as a Senior Vice President, working as a commercial and business lender in Boulder County.

Throughout his career, Scott has enjoyed serving the community through nonprofit leadership, including as a board member with Impact on Education and as Treasurer for Flatirons Habitat for Humanity. He has long been passionate about giving back and supporting neighbors in need. In college, Scott started his own nonprofit organization focused on repurposing recycled shipping containers into temporary housing for individuals experiencing homelessness—an experience that shaped his appreciation for the important role nonprofits play in strengthening communities.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and twin daughters, and they love being outdoors and exploring all that Colorado has to offer.
