Ken Dalle-Molle (pronounced “Dolly Molly”) joins the board after wrapping up a 35-year career in market research. Ken spent the majority of his career with Xilinx. Inc, forecasting product demand and performing competitive analysis in the semiconductor industry. Ken was born and raised in San Jose, California, and graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Santa Clara University. He moved to Louisville in 1998, where he and his wife raised three sons (one of whom prepares nutritious lunches every day in the CCMOW kitchen!) Ken has been a member of Christ the Servant Lutheran Church since 1998 and has long admired the strong partnership between his church and CCMOW.  In his free time, Ken is a pitcher/shortstop for several “old man” baseball teams, gets his steps in by working as an Instacart Shopper, and enjoys tending to the needs of his potted flowers, vegetable garden and wife. He looks forward to advancing the good work of CCMOW as a board member.
