Nate Broeckert serves as the Executive Director at Coal Creek Meals on Wheels, bringing with him a wealth of experience gained over a career dedicated to the public and nonprofit sectors. He has a proven track record of helping organizations leverage partnerships to build capacity, strengthen infrastructure, and expand their impact.

Before joining CCMOW, Nate served as the Director of Programs at the Colorado Nonprofit Association, where he oversaw statewide program initiatives and supported nonprofits in enhancing their effectiveness. Earlier in his career, he led AmeriCorps programming with City Year Denver and developed family and youth programs within Jefferson County Public Schools.

A graduate of Impact Denver and an active community leader, Nate has served on numerous nonprofit boards, helping guide organizations through periods of growth and change. He is also a sought-after speaker and consultant on topics such as board governance, volunteer management, and partnership development.

Nate lives locally and is excited to serve in this capacity for CCMOW because he believes the path of least resistance to meaningful change in our society is through strengthening one community at a time. He is inspired by the incredible work of CCMOW and is eager to lead the organization into its next chapter of impact.
