Next week is Volunteer Appreciation Week and the CCMOW team is excited to celebrate all of the wonderful volunteers who generously donate their time and talent, helping us to provide more than a meal to our neighbors in need!
CCMOW currently mobilizes over 200 active volunteers ranging in age from five years old to over 80. These compassionate and dedicated volunteers assist with meal delivery, meal preparation and service, running the Coal Creek Cafe, organizing and bagging meals for delivery, administrative and logistical assistance, as well as special holiday and fundraising projects.
In 2021, we had 250 volunteers generously donate 11,941 hours of their time -- $340,796 Value of Volunteer Labor.
